If you had repair permissions problems from JAVA it only happened on older of the Intel Mac Computers and Lion takes care of that.......
Now have Lion on three Mac Computers.....
The oldest of the batch did give me trouble, it seems because I did not have a password installed.... So I had to boot using my Snow Leopard Start-up disk and add a password.. Then all went well.....
